PraxisPulse is a business analytics tool, not a clinical or medical application. We process business and operational data about your clinic. We do not provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or prescription recommendations.
1. Who We Are
PraxisPulse is a product of PraxisPulse Technology Pvt. Ltd., a unit of Aarka Ventures, registered at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India ("PraxisPulse", "we", "our", "us"). We operate the website www.praxispulse.in and the PraxisPulse SaaS platform. We are a Data Processor under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act); the clinic / doctor is the Data Fiduciary for the patient data they upload.

2. What Data We Collect
2.1 Data you provide directly
- Name, email, mobile, specialty, city — at waitlist signup and onboarding.
- Clinic name, size, operational details — at account setup.
- Billing and payment information — processed via secure third-party gateways.
2.2 Clinic data you upload
- CSV / Excel exports from your clinic software (KiVi, Allenger, Practo Ray, DocPulse, Excel, etc.).
- May include patient appointment records, revenue data, operational KPIs.
- Processed solely to generate business analytics for your clinic. We do not access individual patient health records beyond what is necessary.
2.3 Usage data
- Log data (IP, browser, pages visited, timestamps).
- Feature usage analytics.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, operate, and improve the PraxisPulse platform.
- To generate business intelligence dashboards and AI-powered insights for your clinic.
- To send onboarding communications, product updates, support messages.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We never sell, rent, or share your clinic data or patient data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do not use your uploaded patient data to train AI/ML models without your explicit written consent.
4. DPDP Act, 2023 — Your Rights
- Right to access — request a summary of personal data we hold.
- Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Right to grievance redressal — raise concerns with our Data Protection Officer.
- Right to nominate — nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf.

5. Data Hosting & Security
- Hosted on Indian-region servers (MongoDB Atlas, AWS Mumbai region).
- HTTPS everywhere. Data encrypted at rest.
- Per-clinic tenant isolation. Role-based access control.
- Audit logs for every destructive action.
- Regular automated backups.
6. Breach Notification
If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours in line with DPDP Act requirements, and notify the Data Protection Board of India as applicable.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone. Identifiable data (name, email, mobile, addresses) is purged within a 7-day grace period. Aggregated, de-identified statistics (city pincode bands, treatment counts, ticket sizes) may be retained for benchmark analytics and cannot be linked back to you.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies (session, CSRF) and aggregated analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
9. Children
PraxisPulse is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly process data of minors as platform users.
10. Changes to this Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app banner at least 30 days before they take effect.
