Terms of Service

PraxisPulse is a business intelligence and analytics platform. It does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Do not use PraxisPulse to make clinical decisions about patient care.

1. Acceptance

By using PraxisPulse you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

2. What PraxisPulse Does

PraxisPulse provides business analytics, AI-powered operational predictions, WhatsApp automation, and data visualisation for clinic management. It is not a medical device, EMR, or clinical decision support tool.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and an authorised clinic representative or registered healthcare professional in India to subscribe.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Billed monthly in INR, exclusive of GST.
  • Auto-renews each billing cycle. You may cancel anytime.
  • Price changes communicated 30 days in advance.
  • See Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and India's DPDP Act, 2023. You own your data. We act as Data Processor; you are the Data Fiduciary for any patient data you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service and do not sell it.

6. Consent Obligations You Make To Us

By uploading patient data you confirm that you have obtained appropriate consent from your patients to process their data for clinic operations and business analytics, and that your upload complies with DPDP Act, 2023.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use PraxisPulse for clinical decisions.
  • Do not upload data you lack authority to process.
  • Do not reverse-engineer or resell the platform.
  • Do not violate Indian law.

8. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

All analytics are operational indicators derived from business data. They are not clinical assessments. PraxisPulse is not liable for any clinical outcome or patient harm arising from reliance on platform data. See full Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 3 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may cancel at any time. Access continues until the billing period ends. On termination, identifiable data is purged within 7 days; see Privacy Policy §7.

11. Governing Law

Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to courts in Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab, India.
