Refund & Cancellation Policy

Short version: We offer a 7-day full refund for new subscribers. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime and won't be charged again.

1. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. You will not be charged unless you actively subscribe after the trial ends.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 calendar days of your first charge at support@praxispulse.in for a full refund. No questions asked.

3. After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current period.

5. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase are honoured in full. After 7 days, a prorated refund for the unused portion may be offered at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

6. Failed Charges

If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times. If all retries fail, your account will be paused — not deleted — and your data preserved for 30 days, giving you time to update your payment method.
